Colorful Canines
An Interactive Art Adoption Event
February 29th @ 5:00 to 8:00 pm

Join us for an artful evening at Hi-Wire Brewing - Knoxville.

We'll kick off a live, collaborative painting exhibition beginning at 5:30 that will feature five local artists. The artists will paint for two hours, switching canvases every twenty minutes to create five collaborative art pieces! They'll be setup in the open inside the brewery so you can watch the pieces progress.

We're excited to have the following local artists volunteering their time, talent, and supplies for this event! Please give them a follow and show them love on Instagram.

• Lola Stuart @eliaontherun
• Jared Gottschall @jarjongot
• Derek Rucker @ruckeddeadup
• Thomas Zachary The Twisted Wrist
• Hannah Isosaki @cosmicsaki

What will they be painting? The five themes are:
• Most delicious bone
• Best haircut
• Most luxurious dog house
• Favorite place to nap
• Favorite toy

After the event, we'll post the art for sale, with the proceeds going directly to SBRET, on our facebook page

While you're there, take part in our Colorful Canine group coloring.
• For kids, grab a coloring sheet and some crayons. Any child who shows the SBRET volunteers a completed coloring sheet will receive a small favor.
• For adults, grab a grown-up coloring sheet and crayons. Turn in a completed coloring sheet by 7:15pm. The SBRET volunteers will choose their favorite and award a small prize to the winning artist. (Must be present to collect the prize at 7:30)

We'll have available rescues at the event to meet and great, too. If you're interested in meeting a specific dog, please contact us a few days so we can make arrangements for them to be there.

As always, Hi-Wire will feature tasty brews and (most likely) a food truck to enjoy.
We hope to see you there!
