My name is Cheetah. I am a 7-year old, 17-pound beautiful brindle girl! I am possibly a Pug or Boston Terrier mix with a big emphasis on mix! I am full of spunk and sweetness! If you are looking for an affectionate companion with gorgeous dark brown eyes, I am your girl. I have a beautiful red brindle coat like some kind of a wild cat--hey I guess that is why my foster mom named me Cheetah!
I have been through a lot in the last couple of weeks. Me and a couple of other dogs weren’t getting very good care so we were pulled from our home. I had a lot of fleas and at sometime I was a little heavier, but maybe recently I was not given enough food and am a little thin. No worries about that, my foster family is making sure I am fed well.
I would be best as an only dog, or with other dogs who are submissive. I mostly ignore the foster family cats. I eat dry kibble really well and I am doing ok with housetraining when kept on a schedule and watched carefully. At first I didn’t like being in a crate, but I am learning it isn’t too scary. I REALLY like to snuggle in the big bed and will burrow under the covers to sleep. Whenever my foster mom walks through the house I go with her. She might need to pet me and I want to make sure she doesn’t miss the opportunity. Did I say I really like treats? At my foster home I am very outgoing and affectionate. I might nudge another pet out of the way because I know my foster mom wants to pet ME.
I have been spayed, my teeth were cleaned and I have been vaccinated. I have a microchip, am heartworm-negative and on heartworm and flea prevention. My adoption fee is $175.
