Small Breed Rescue of East Tennessee

Hi, my name is Conyers and I am a female Chihuahua mix and I am about 3 pounds and 7 weeks old as of the week of July 23. We were surrendered by someone who had many, many dogs and puppies to another rescue group who then contacted SBRET to see if they could help and they said yes. My mom, Georgia (a beautiful, sweet 10 pound Chihuahua/Feist mix), and my siblings were very dirty, covered in fleas, and in pretty rough shape due to neglect. I guess you could say we were the lucky ones though because now we are well on our way to being healthy and ready for our forever homes.

I need a family where someone is at home at least part of the day since I am just a baby and still need to learn about housetraining and all that puppy stuff! In my foster home I am having a chance to go outside in the fenced backyard, learn how to use steps, and how to get along with other dogs other than my siblings. So much to learn!

I am pretty small so children in the home need to be old enough to understand that I am a bit fragile right now. I will be all ready for my new family by the first week of August. My adoption fee is $175.
