In Loving Memory

Well, you know they say when life gives you lemons make lemonade and my foster mom sure thinks that applies to me. Hi, my name is Juno and I am just the best, cutest, most awesome little brown Chihuahua girl you could possibly want. I weigh about 5 pounds and am about 3 to 4 years old. It was obvious from my condition and fearfulness that life had not been kind to me but the part where the lemonade comes in is that somehow in spite of that I am loving, sweet, and a great companion.

If you raise your voice around me I get worried so only gentle corrections for me please. I warmed up to my foster family in just a day or so and now can be very silly and playful at times with them. I am awesome on a leash and love to go for walks. I seem to be housetrained but boy does my foster mom hate to proclaim that but I have not had any accidents so far. I love to follow you around but have now calmed down so that I will not jump up to move every time you do. One day my foster mom panicked because she could not find me--how silly--I had just covered myself all up with my blanket and was fast asleep. Speaking of sleeping, I'm sure I would love to sleep in bed with you but right now I sleep in a cozy bed in a crate in my foster mom's bedroom and don't make a peep all night.

I am getting along just fine with the other small dogs in my house but no one is very wild or jumping on me so not sure how I would do if a dog was very playful with me. I am a great eater and crunch away on my Innova Small Bites without any problems and 2 Charlie Bears for a bedtime snack please! My foster mom has a weakness for little brown Chihuahuas and seems to love them all but this time she says I am really, really her favorite!

Please call SBRET and tell them Juno's big brown eyes have melted your heart and you would like a visit! Oh, yes don't forget to check out my little boy Queso! My adoption fee is $175.
