Hello! My name is Paris. I am a 7-pound, cream-colored Chihuahua girl with a beautiful face and soft brown eyes. I am about 11 years old and in pretty good health! My heart is good, my knees are good and the only thing that was a problem for me when I first came to rescue was my teeth. I’ve had a dental and I did lose my canines so sometimes my tongue sticks out a little bit. I was already missing my lower incisors so I don’t have very many teeth. My foster mom has been softening my food for me and I am a pretty good eater! I’ll go back to the vet office in a couple of weeks just to make sure everything in my mouth is healing properly.

I was at a local shelter and they asked SBRET to take me as they knew I would need a dental. My foster mom is just shocked that I found myself in a shelter because I’m the sweetest little girl. When she brought me home, the first thing I did was meet all the dogs and the cats here, and I was fine with all of them. I found a chair in her living room that I like and that’s my spot. I do like to snuggle with my foster mom when she’s watching TV. I’ve played with some of the toys that are lying around here and I walk great on a leash! I’m usually pretty quiet but when all the other dogs in this house think that there might be a burglar outside and start barking, I am happy to join in!

My foster mom hasn’t been crating me at night because I’m a good girl and I have not had any accidents. So I sleep in my chair all night or sometimes I’ll find my way into her bedroom and sleep with her.

I came to rescue already spayed, I am up-to-date with all my vaccinations, I am heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention. Because I’m a senior girl, my adoption fee is $100. If you think you’d like to add a little sweetness to your life, give my friends at Small Breed Rescue a call.

Love,
Paris XOXO
