- Would do best as only dog or with a submissive dog
- No cats
- Adult home or with children over 12 years old
Hi, my name is Peach. I am an 8-year-old, 12-pound female spayed long-haired chihuahua mix. I came in to rescue because my former family could no longer care for me. I was overweight and had some mammary growths that needed to be removed, luckily they were nothing to be concerned about. I was also itchy due to seasonal allergies but SBRET also got me all fixed up with that. I may need the occasional cytopoint injection to keep me from itching in the spring.
My foster mom says I am the most loving girl ever and I am most happy when getting all of the attention from my people. I can get a little bossy with other dogs at times especially when food is involved so I would do best as an only pet or with a submissive dog. I’m not fond of cats so no kitty friends for me! My foster mom says I would do best in a home with no children or kids over the age of 12. Otherwise I’m fine with men or women.
I sleep in a crate at night or in a dog bed next to my foster mom's bed. I walk well on a leash and know that outside is where we go potty but will use a pee pad if I have to. Oh and I ride well in a car so I could take trips with my new family! I’m a pretty laid back gal that would enjoy taking walks or lounging on the couch. So if I’m the dog for you, contact my SBRET friends to learn more! My adoption fee is $175.
