Pippa (aka Pippy, Pips, Pip, P-Swizzle) here. I’m a 4-year-old, 10½-pound female Shih Tzu mix. My foster family says that I’m the sweetest little girl and that soon a family of my own will spoil me rotten. They also laugh a lot because they say I’m a funny girl.
I have a short hair cut now because I came into rescue matted and uneven, but soon enough my hair will grow out. I’m very friendly and easy going. I am doing very well with going to potty outside. My foster parents keep my soft sided kennel open and filled with a cozy bed and blanket, and I sleep in it with no issues all night though I would love to cuddle in your big bed instead if you let me. I hope my new family will get me a cozy kennel of my own when I move into my forever home.
I like to wrestle and play with my foster dad. When my foster mom talks to me and tells me how silly I am, I give her my two cents right back! I walk well on a leash, and if you like to go out on the town I am very well behaved hanging out downtown watching people walk by and enjoying extra pets from the passersby. Now, all I need is a family of my own!
I have been spayed, microchipped, and am up-to-date on all vaccines, flea/heartworm prevention. I’m kid, adult, and dog friendly, and am great in the car. I haven’t been around cats though. My adoption fee is $175.
