Delightful East Tennessee girl in search of a permanent home. I am 12 pounds of awesome Schnauzer mix cuteness, approximately 12 months old, and my friends call me Reese. I was rescued from an area shelter and boy was I glad to be sprung out of there! I am a sweet girl who loves everyone and I enjoy giving kisses. I am doing great on my house training. I will sleep in a crate at night but I will grumble about it at first. I prefer to sleep with my human(s) and you do not hear a peep out of me all night. I love fluffy squeaky toys and things to chew on. Remember that I am young and still in the chewing phase so keep some safe and appropriate chew items for me. Otherwise, I might be inclined to chew on the tips of the shoestrings on your new tennis shoes! I love playing with my foster sister. She is young like me but about four times my size. She is gentle with me and we have a great time. When I am tired, I find a hiding place to take a nap, like the very back of the closet under the hanging clothes or a low shelf where foster mom stores towels. I just push them out of the way and make myself at home. As far as barking, I almost never bark; pretty good for a young pup, right? I don't mind riding in the car, but I need to be contained or I will try to help you drive!!

I will do best in a forever home where someone has plenty of time for me as I am young and would enjoy lots of adventures! I would be fine in a home with children over eight years old. I have been spayed and I am up to date on all my preventions and all my vaccinations. If you think I sound like a perfect fit for your home, reach out to my friends at Small Breed Rescue and they will hook you up!! My adoption fee is $175.
