Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.
Eeyore needs:
- Active Adult home (every one sure-footed)
- Someone home most of the day to continue housetraining
- Children need to be gentle & at least 5 years old
- Another playful dog in the home would be great
- No apartment or condo living (I’m not fully vaccinated)
My name is Eeyore but you may want to rename me because I’m happy go-lucky! I’m a male Terrier mix, will be 11 weeks old on 12/05/25 and weigh just over 8.8 pounds. I am Black with cute white bootie paws and chest. My fur is starting to get a little scruffy. I need an active adult home with everyone sure-footed, I like to stay close and get underfoot, and we don’t want anyone to get hurt. Children need to be gentle and at least 5 years of age because I’m such a busy boy.
Be ready because I might be cute and adorable but I have alot to learn from you so I will need a lot of your time/patience. I have been working on my housetraining and will need someone home most of the day to continue that. I have made the grass/potty connection but I’m very young so I’m far from being fully housetrained. My foster mom lets me roam the house with the older dogs for a little while after I have earned the right by going potty outside. I have pee pads which I use when I’m in an indoor play area where I hang out with my sister if my foster mom is busy or needs to leave the house to do errands. There’s also a crate with the door open so I can get use to sleeping in it. After a few minutes of whining, I calm down and sleep all night in my foster mom’s room. I will need your help getting use to wearing my collar/tags and as I get older leash/harness training is needed as well. I have ridden in the car crated a few times and do well. No apartment or condo living as I can’t be in any public areas because I’m not fully vaccinated.
My new family will be responsible for my 3rd and 4th round of puppy vaccines (every 3-4 weeks apart) until complete. At 16 weeks old I will need my Rabies vaccine. I am neutered, microchipped and up to date on my preventions. My adoption fee is $175.
