Bonnie's Needs: Hi, my name is Bonnie and I am about 2 years old. I’m an adorable 7-pound female Long-Haired Chihuahua mix. From my pictures you can see that I have long hair and my fur color is quite unique as it has a reddish color to it. I was rescued by SBRET from the shelter and I’m not sure why I was there but I’m glad they found me. I’m full of energy and want to play but do enjoy getting petted or taking a nap with my foster parents. I love to play with toys and try to play with the other dogs here at my foster home, but they don’t seem interested. I’m really friendly and like everyone I have met and they liked me. I haven’t been around children or cats so I don’t know how I will act around them. I don’t like storms or loud noises, I went under the bed the last time I heard a thunderstorm. I have been doing great on my house training. I have been going out in my foster parents fenced backyard to do my business. I do bark at noises sometimes, but what dogs don’t. At night I have been sleeping quietly in my crate all night. I would prefer to sleep in the bed with someone as I get to for a little while with my foster parents before I go to my bed. I would love to have a forever home to share my love with everyone there. So don’t miss your chance to adopt me, I’m going to find my forever family soon.

I have been spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines and heartworm/flea prevention. My adoption fee is $175.
