Mr. Bailey's Requirements:
- Patient adult only home
- No apartments
- Only dog or one other calm small dog
- No big dogs

Mr. Bailey is a 10½-pound, 4 to 5-year-old male neutered Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix surrendered due to owner’s health. He is healthy and up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative. He does require allergy (Cytopoint) injections every 8-10 weeks. He has a small cyst on his side and needs a dental cleaning, which will be done prior to rehoming. He is shy at first, and is reactive with new people, particularly men or loud people. He has nipped at new people when he has been startled so he should have an adult only home. Mr. Bailey ignores cats and most calm small dogs, but is reactive with bigger dogs (all his reactions appear to be fear-based). He has separation anxiety but does seem to be doing better with that lately (and he is on meds for it as well). He will pant and bark when left in a crate and sometimes soil his crate. He would be a great companion for a retired person/couple that can spend a lot of time with him. Mr. Bailey is crate-rained and potty-trained. He really is a great dog overall.
