Hi my name is Mango . I am a 9 to 10-year-old, 13-pound female Chinese Crested possible Shih Tzu mix.
I came into rescue with heartworms but SBRET treated them, so I’m good to go now!
My foster mom says I don’t act like an old dog but do enjoy my naps.
I especially like going under blankets since I do not have much hair to keep me warm.
My eyes do have some scars on them probably due to old ulcers or injuries so my vision isn’t 100% but I can see most everything and get around great.
I get along just fine with other dogs. I am a little too interested in cats so a home with no cats would be best for me.
Oh I love toys! I expect a toy box at my new home filled with squeaky toys!
I am doing well with house training as long as you get me outside in time.
I ride well in a car and enjoy leash walks. I haven’t been around very small children yet but probably would not be very much fun for them anyway.
The perfect home for me would be someone who showers me with attention since I like being where my person is. I have been spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines and heartworm/flea prevention.
My adoption fee is $100.
