Adoption Pending πŸ™‚

Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.

Milky Way needs:

  • No young kids under age 8 due to small size
  • Active adult who is home part of the day to help Milky Way with potty training
  • No apartments because he is not fully vaccinated yet due to his age

Hi there! My name is Milky Way. I’m a cute 9-week-old (as of 4/11), 3-pound male Chi mix with the cutest little face!! My foster mom says I am a great little fellow – I love to play with toys and run around outside. I absolutely love to snuggle and I give great puppy kisses! I have recently discovered tug-of-war – this is my new favorite thing to do – I look for any opportunity to tug – pant legs are my most favorite.

I am working on my potty training – my foster mom says I am a good boy and am learning quickly. I do need to go out every few hours so I don’t have an accident inside. My foster mom says I am a natural at potty training – when I go outside it is the first thing I do – I am not distracted by anything. Which according to my foster mom is not usually the case with puppies my age. I eat dry food 2x a day and sleep in an exercise pen at night with a pee pad in case I need to go to the bathroom. My foster mom is starting to introduce me to a crate at night. My foster family has other dogs and a cat – I play well with everyone! The cat is my favorite – my foster mom says not all cats may love me as much as I love them.

I’ve been neutered, microchipped and I’m current on age appropriate vaccines as well as up-to-date on heartworm and flea prevention. If you are looking for a playful and loving boy to share your life with, go to sbret.com and fill out an adoption application and be sure to ask for Milky Way. My adoption fee is $175.
