Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.

Bay needs:

• Someone home during the day to continue her potty training; 
• Active adult home and no children under the age of eight due to her small size
• No apartments

This beautiful girl is Bay.  Bay is a 9-week-old, 3.8 lb. Corgi mix. Mama came in pregnant so we know all about her, but we don’t have any idea who Dad is. We were told possibly a Schnauzer  but we have no way of knowing for sure. Mama is 19 lbs.

Bay is the smallest of her litter, and of course she runs the show!  She is sweet and affectionate, but also has a mind of her own and will let you know when she is displeased with you 😆.  Bay is not afraid of a good bark to get your attention.  She will be looking for an active owner to help her burn off some of her puppy energy, and who is willing to get her some basic training so she grows into a nice little dog. She has been with SBRET since birth so she’s off to a good start.

Mama has the sweetest disposition and her puppies are just as sweet. But Bay is a puppy, and puppies are a lot of work! She does well with her house training on the potty pads, but she still has plenty of accidents so it will be up to you to continue her potty training. She looks like she is going to have Mama’s fluffy coat, which is beautiful and soft but sheds a lot so she will need daily brushing. She’s a good little eater and likes her dry kibble. She sleeps all night with her siblings in a puppy pen and gets along well with the other dogs in the house. And remember that puppies are a long-term commitment, so make sure you are in it for the long run!
