Adoption Area: East Tennessee

J-Lo needs:

• Active adult home or one with children 10 years and older
• If there are other dogs, they need to be small like me
• No apartments or condos

Hello! My name is J-Lo. I am a 2-year-old female chihuahua and I weigh about 10 pounds. I am a very lively girl. I love going for walks and playing with my toys. I am doing well with my house training once I get to know your routine. I even don’t mind walking on wet grass! I get along with the senior chihuahua in my foster home, but I don’t like the 30-pound dog here even though she is very calm and submissive. So, it would be best if I go to a home where other dogs are about my size. I can also be your one and only.

During the day when my foster parents must run errands, they leave me in a crate to keep me away from the big dog I don’t like. I ride well in the car in a doggie car seat.  I am not a big barker but when I do, my voice is loud so I would not be good for an apartment or condo. I love snuggling with my foster mom and dad. At night I sleep in a crate in my foster parents’ bedroom.

I am spayed, microchipped, and current on vaccines and heartworm/flea prevention. My adoption fee is $175.
