Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.
Hanna needs:
- Active adult home, if there are children they need to be at least 5 years of age
- Everyone steady on their feet
- Someone home part of the day to continue house training
- Someone with puppy experience is a bonus
- No apartment or condo living as I’m not fully vaccinated
My name is Hanna. I’m a petite 4.7-pound, 10-week-old (as of 9/30/25) female Chihuahua mix. I have beautiful soft tan fur and bright green eyes. Please remember puppies are a lifetime (my life that is) commitment so be ready to take care of me for a very long time. I need someone who is looking for the whole puppy training experience and has the time and patience to teach me how to be my best. I’m doing well with my house training as long as you take me out to potty on a regular routine. I haven’t had any practice just yet on the harness/leash and that should probably be one of the first things we work on. I have been introduced to a crate riding in the car to keep me safe. At night right now I have an indoor play area with my crate with the door open and everything I need. During the daytime I also hang out there if my foster mom is busy doing chores or needs to leave the house for a short period of time. I follow my foster mom wherever she goes so everyone needs to be steady on their feet so no one gets hurt. Children need to be gentle and at least 5 years old. We follow a rule “No paws on the ground in public common areas” because I still need two more rounds of puppy vaccines to be fully vaccinated– my 3rd round is due Oct.15 and the 4th round is due 3 weeks after that. My rabies vaccine will be due when I’m 16 weeks old. My new family needs to be committed to making sure I get my vaccines as a puppy and annually as an adult. I like the dogs in my foster home but I would be fine as an only dog if you have a lot of time to play and cuddle with me. I’m spayed, mirochipped, and also had a small hernia repaired. I’m up to date on my preventions.
My adoption fee is $175. If you’re ready for a sweet busy girl like me contact my friends at SBRET.COM, get your online application approved so we can meet up real soon.
Love you already, Hanna
