Sweet Roo making her debut! Roo is a female Chihuahua mix 8 weeks old (as of 11/14/25) and 3.5 pounds. Her beautiful white and cream fur is so soft and she has the most unique tufts of fur sticking out the sides of her face. She is a typical puppy—sweet, fun but a little mischievous. She plays hard and then crashes. She loves to play, find things to get into, and snuggle with her brother and foster mom. Another playful dog in the home would be great but not required if the adult(s) in her new family are willing to play, play, play and help her burn energy.
Roo is doing good with house training. She knows to potty outside. Since Roo is so young and tiny, continued training will be needed, especially in a new environment and with a new routine. She sleeps through the night without making a peep, currently in an large puppy pen, transitioning to a crate. We highly recommend continued crate training. While she has only experienced a few car rides in a crate, she has done very well. A collar, leash and identification tags are new for her so continued leash training will be needed. Because Roo is still in her critical learning period, it will be crucial that her new family continue safe socialization (no feet on the ground in public areas until fully vaccinated), continue to expose her to new objects and environments, and provide basic training.
If you are ready for a life-long commitment to a puppy and are looking for a sweet, fun and adorable little girl to bring endless love and loyalty to your home, Roo might be your boo! Her next round of puppy vaccines is 11/21, adopter will be responsible for 3rd and 4th rounds of vaccines. She has been spayed, microchipped, and up to date on preventives. Adoption fee $175.
