Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.

• Someone home most of the day to continue housetraining
• Active Adult home with everyone sure-footed
• Children must be gentle and at least 8 years old
• No apartment or condo living (I’m not fully vaccinated)
• Indoor play area or puppy pen for when you can’t keep both eyes on me
• Professional grooming every 4-6 weeks

My name is Rolo — that’s my foster mom’s favorite candy 🙂  I am a male Yorkie/poodle mix I have beautiful chocolate soft wavy fur. I weigh 4.5 pounds and will be 10 weeks old on 3/26/26.

I need an active adult home and please make sure everyone is steady on their feet as I like to be close and do get under foot at times. Children need to be gentle and at least 8 years old. I will require Professional grooming every 4 to 6 weeks so be ready for that expense. Are you ready for a the whole puppy thing?? I am cute/adorable, and I need a lot of your time/patience because I have a lot to learn from you. Someone needs to be home most of the day to take me outside for potty breaks often. Puppies like me need a good routine in order to do well with housetraining. My foster mom has an indoor play area with washable pee pads and everything else I need for the times when she has to leave the house for a few hours or gets busy and wants to keep me safe and out of trouble. I still have a couple of my siblings to sleep and play with so it will take a little time for me to adjust to my new family. I need to work on getting use to wearing my collar/tags and very soon will need you to help me with the whole leash/harness thing. I have been introduced to being in a crate for very short periods of time and need some practice. I ride well crated in the car and I might whine for a bit but quiet down pretty quick. I can’t live in an apartment or condo because I’m not fully vaccinated, and I have to stay away from any public or common areas to help keep me healthy.

My forever family will be responsible to take me to their vet for my 3rd round of puppy vaccines which are due between April 6th & 10th — 3-4 weeks after that I will be due for my 4th round. My rabies vaccine will be due when I am 16 weeks old. I’m neutered, microchipped and up to date on my preventions. My adoption fee is $175.
