Meet Peaches! 🍑🐾

This sweet 2-year-old Maltese mix is ready to find her forever home. At just 9.8 lbs, she’s the perfect lap-sized companion with a big personality. Peaches does well on house manners, gets along great with other dogs, is crate trained, and travels like a pro. Her favorite thing in the world is belly rubs — she’ll even stand up on her hind legs and beg for one! She’s also a total homebody at heart, happiest just laying around with her person (and she has a funny little habit of licking feet).

A couple things to know: Peaches can be food and treat protective, so she’ll do best in a home where that’s understood and managed, and she needs a home with kids 12 yrs old and up rather than young children. Given her small size, she’d do best with a sure-footed person who can watch their step around her. She came to us with some thinning hair from a flea infestation prior to rescue, which is expected to improve with time and care.  A medicated shampoo will be sent with her.

Peaches is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, recently had a dental, and is current on heartworm and flea prevention. Adoption fee is $175.
