Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.

Aaden needs:

• No young kids under age 5 due to my small size 
• Someone who is home part of the day to help Aaden with potty training 
• No apartments because he is not fully vaccinated yet due to his age 

Hi there! My name is Aaden. I’m a cute 9 week old (as of 9/22), 3 pound male Chihuahua mix with a soft furry coat!! My pictures don’t really capture how cute I am – I have the coolest blue eyes. My foster mom says I am a great little fellow with a ton of energy. I love to play with by brother and I chase him all over the yard. I will also run and attack leaves, rocks and mulch – so if you need someone to protect you from leaves this fall I am your guy! I can get a bit loud if I am left alone until I figure out I need to entertain myself for a little while. I have not figured out the purpose of toys yet – I much prefer to follow my foster mom. I am pretty independent and will wander around the house looking for anything that I find entertaining so it is a good idea you keep an eye on me until I stop teething. I am perfectly happy for you to pick me up and cuddle with me especially if I am getting tired. My foster mom thinks I need a playmate in my forever home. My foster mom has a very dog savvy cat that I love to play with – but I have learned to move along when the cat gets tired of me. When I get tired I look for my bed to curl up in for a nap. 

I am not a shy boy at all. I will warm right up to you if you pick me up and cuddle with me I will follow you anywhere! I am working on my potty training – my foster mom says I am a good boy and am learning quickly. I do need to go out every few hours so I don’t have an accident inside. I eat dry food 2x a day and sleep in an exercise pen at night with a pee pad in case I need to go to the bathroom. My foster mom is starting to introduce me to a crate at night but I am not too keen on being in it yet. My foster family has other dogs and a cat – I play well with everyone!
