Hi SBRET world – this is Bramble, an 8lb, energetic Chihuahua mix boy.  He’s probably about 2 years old and LOVES chasing tennis balls.  Playing chase with another dog friend in the fenced yard is another fun game for Bramble.  He has done well introduced to dogs of all sizes, and meshed well with a couple cats.  But he mostly loves chasing tennis balls.  

Leash training is coming along, daily walks will help cement that training.  Bramble has done ok on his housetraining, but a belly band would be recommended until he gets settled in.  When left home alone, he stays in a crate, which he does NOT like and will tell everyone within hearing distance about this atrocity!  So no apartments for him.  Bramble will also eventually settle in a crate for bedtime, but this snuggle bug would much rather be under a blanket on your bed. 

When you get tired of throwing a tennis ball for him (he does bring it back! mostly…), Bramble will settle next to you on the couch, or in a dog bed with friends while you work.  He will follow you everywhere! around the house, and he likes to dart ahead of you through doorways.  So he’s not only a tennis ball fiend, but also a trip hazard.  You gotta be steady on your feet. Bramble is smart too, as he’ll remember where he left a tennis ball, or where it rolled under, and he’ll stand at the door or piece of furniture and demand you assist in tennis ball retrieval!  

If you like throwing tennis balls, and have another active pup in the home to show him the ropes, Bramble would love to pack up his tennis balls and come live with you!  Bramble is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his shots, flea and heartworm prevention.  His adoption fee $175.  Fill out an application today!
