Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.
Charlie Brown needs:
- Active Adult home with everyone steady on their feet
- Children need to be at least 7 years of age
- No condo or apartment living as I am not finished with my puppy vaccines
- Someone committed to caring for me for my lifetime
- Puppy experience is a plus
- Indoor puppy pen or gated area to keep me safe
- Someone needs to be home most of the day
Hey everyone I am Charlie Brown my foster mom calls me Mr. Pugs, and I come running. I am a brown/black male Pug mix. I am the cutest from front to back with my little black muzzle to my curly little tail. As of June 11, 2026 I am 11 weeks old and weigh in at a little over 7 pounds. My birthday is March 26.
I need an active adult home with everyone sure footed and children need to be at least 7 years old. I’m usually pretty quiet and get under foot (we don’t want anyone to get hurt). Please remember puppies need a lot of your time and patience to learn everything from housetraining to sleeping all night in their crate. If you have puppy experience that would be wonderful. Someone needs to be home most of the day to continue my housetraining which I have been working on for a while and doing well for such a young pup. I would need an indoor puppy pen or gated area to keep me safe when you need to leave the house to do errands or are too busy around the house.
I haven’t been around cats but my foster mom thinks I would probably be ok with them. I am a pretty laid back guy and sometimes I just sit and watch the other dogs play and then when things calm down I join in. I was recently Neutered and microchipped. I have had 2 sets of puppy vaccines and my 3rd is scheduled for June 17th. I will still need my 4th set 3-4 weeks later and also my Rabies vaccine at 16 weeks of age. Until I am fully vaccinated I have to stay close to home away from any common/public areas so no condo or apartment living for me.
