Giblet

Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.

Giblet needs:

  • Active Adult home and children over 8 years old
  • Someone home part of the day since I am a puppy and need puppy training
  • Everyone steady on their feet – I am small and tend to get underfoot
  • Fenced area for potty breaks
  • No apartments as I am not yet fully vaccinated

Hi there! My name is Giblet! I’m a 9‑week‑old female Chihuahua mix (as of January 29th) and currently weigh just under 5 pounds. I was born on Thanksgiving Day along with my nine siblings, which is how we all ended up with festive food names. My mom is a sweet Chihuahua mix, and while we’re not sure who my dad was, my adorable fuzzy face suggests there may be a little terrier in the mix too.

I’m a playful, happy girl who loves toys and enjoys romping around with my brother, Mac. I’d be thrilled to have a young, friendly dog buddy in my forever home — someone who can keep up with my puppy energy and show me the ropes.

🌟 A Few Things About Me
  • I’m doing great with house training for my age. I potty when taken outside, but like all puppies, I’ll need my new family to keep helping me learn.
  • I’ll need a fenced yard for now because I haven’t learned how to walk on a leash yet — and trust me, I may be young but I have long legs and can move surprisingly fast!
  • I currently sleep through the night in an x‑pen with my brother. I may need a little time to adjust to sleeping solo in my new home, but I’m a smart girl and will settle in with patience and love.
🩺 Health & Adoption Info
  • I’m up to date on age‑appropriate vaccines.
  • I’m scheduled to be spayed on February 5th and will be ready to go home a few days afterward.
  • My adoption fee is $175.

If you’re looking for a sweet, spunky little companion who will fill your home with joy (and probably a few zoomies), I just might be your girl. I can’t wait to meet my forever family!
