Adoption Area: East Tennessee

Jimmy Chew needs:

• No apartments or condos, please! I like to vocalize about unfamiliar sights and sounds.
• Kids over 12 only. I’m teeny tiny, and I need gentle, careful hands.
• Another young active dog to play with because I tried being an only child and I couldn’t do it and that’s how I ended up in rescue.
• Someone home part of the day to continue potty training.
• Active adult home with everyone steady on their feet

Meet Jimmy Chew! 🐾

Hi, hi, HI! I’m Jimmy Chew, and if you love Poms, I’m basically the poster child. Look at this face! You’re welcome.

The Quick Stats:
I’m a VERY BUSY 11-month-old neutered male Pomeranian and a whopping 5 pounds of fluff and personality.

My Story:
I spent my first 10 months at the breeder before going to a family. My first family had to surrender me because I didn’t do well as an only child. Turns out I’m a social butterfly who needs buddies! I’m looking for a home with at least one young small dog to play with. I also do well with cats, so feel free to bring the whole zoo.

What I’m Great At:
I love to play with all kinds of toys, chewing on my Nylabones, and chasing and wrestling with my foster siblings. I sleep well in my crates night, and I ride like a champ in my crate in the car. Since I’m such a busy boy, I prefer an expen if my foster people leave for more than an hour so I can still play and entertain myself. When I get excited or I’m trying to make a big decision, I spin – like a lot of Poms, I just can’t help it. It’s a whole production.

What I’m Still Learning:
I’m doing really well with potty training, but I’m still a youngster, so I need someone home part of the day to help me keep it up. I’m also working on my leash manners, so my new family will need to keep that going.

I’m up to date on my Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines, as well as monthly flea and heart worm prevention.  I’m neutered and microchipped too… so I’m ready to roll!

Adoption fee: $175

Ready to make me the newest member of your family? I promise to keep you entertained, one spin at a time! 🌀🐶
