Meg needs:

• Regular grooming
• Will need to have a follow-up heartworm test in 6 months at one of our vets which we will cover
• Fenced yard
• Children over the age of 10 years 

Meet Meg

Meg is a very sweet and loving 5-year-old Maltese mix who weighs just 5.8 pounds. She’s doing well with her house manners, though she’ll need continued reinforcement in her new home as she settles in. She sleeps in her crate and rides well in the car, so she’s ready to go wherever life takes her.

Meg would do best in a home with a fenced yard and children over 10. She’s fully vetted: she has completed heartworm treatment, is up to date on vaccinations, is spayed, has had her dental done, and is on heartworm and flea preventatives. Her adopter will need to bring her back to one of our vets for a follow-up heartworm test in 6 months.
