Puppies less than 16 weeks old cannot be placed in apartment complexes as they cannot go out in communal areas until about 10 days after their last vaccine at 16 weeks.
Mica needs:
- A home that is used to having a tiny dog in the house, and where everyone is sure-footed and steady on their feet;
- Children should be over the age of eight due to my small size;
- A small dog to play with and snuggle with at night would be great;
- Someone home most of the day to help me with my potty training
Hey everyone! My name is Mica, and I am a 12-week-old Chihuahua/ Dachshund boy weighing in at 3.4 lb. Nothing unusual about that, so why is everybody so excited about me? It’s all in the fur! Nope, foster mom doesn’t need to adjust her camera, I really am gray and white.
My vet says my coloring is diluted, which is caused by a gene passed on to me from my mom and dad. She says actually I am a blue, which is pretty cool if you ask me! And of course I just had to add some beautiful green eyes to bring the look all together! Even though my coat is gorgeous, I do need a little special care because I am prone to a form of hair loss and dry skin. I might need a moisturizing shampoo or a supplement and extra care when I’m out in the sun so I don’t get a sunburn. Or I might not need any of those things, who knows? Just wanted to throw it out there because nobody likes surprises!
I am a feisty little guy who is going through my bitey phase. The sharp puppy teeth usually start falling out at about 4 months so until then you’ll just have to protect your toes 😁 I love to play with my sister all day and I don’t like it at all when she’s not here so I would love a home that has a little buddy for me to play with. Otherwise I get lonely and scared and you are going to hear about it!
I’m a good little eater and I love my dry kibble. I sleep quietly all night in the indoor puppy pen with my sis, so if I have another buddy to sleep with I’ll do okay. I like to run around outside chasing the birds and squirrels, even though they’re mostly bigger than me. I don’t need a fenced yard, but I do like the fresh air and I hope you do too because I’m too small to ever be left outside by myself. Potty training is a work in progress and I will need you to help me figure all that out.
So if you like a lot of attention and are okay with people looking at me to see what a beautiful coat I have, go to SBRET.com, and fill out an application so we can meet. I’m even more handsome in person!
I’m up to date on all my shots and will be neutered and microchipped before I leave. My adoption fee is $175
