Dear Foster Mom,
Today would have been 6 years since we adopted little Nehi. Today
instead of grieving we try celebrate his birthday. Little Nehi melted
our hearts the minute we saw him and he gave us the most precious
almost 6 years of our lives. We are so very grateful that he came into
our lives and shared his precious life with us. We miss him so very
much but we know he is looking down from heaven where he is flying on
Angel’s wings and one day we will see him again. Nehi did not play
much with toys, he loved togetherness instead and he always saved his
birthday money so we could donate it to save another little precious
puppy just like he was saved. He would have wanted to do this again
this year and so we did. Even Though he is not here with us today, we
know he is celebrating in heaven. We will love him forever and cherish
every memory of him. Thank you for all the beautiful Birthday and
Christmas cards you sent him, you are truly the BEST FOSTER MOM IN THE
WHOLE WIDE WORLD! The pictures are from his last birthday, after he
shared his favorite ice cream and banana muffin with little Luna,
they both slept on the launcher (-:
