In Loving Memory
Our little Teddy Bear, we miss you so. Though we keep busy with your many fur brothers and sisters, we are
reminded every day of one who is no longer with us. You were already 10 years old when we adopted you and
we knew our time together would be short, but it doesn’t make it any easier to be without you.
We miss your
kisses and the special way that you insisted we hold you. We miss your “cookie dance” and Daddy misses your
company when he is working in his office. You loved riding in the stroller when we all took walks together
and you indulged me by letting me dress you, although I think you appreciated the extra warmth.
Your legacy is a noble one, sweet Teddy. Because of you, we have decided to devote our lives to senior and
special needs dogs. Any dog that we adopt in the future will have you to thank for it. We know that you
are playing with Jessica, Charlie and Mydnite now and that your sweet kisses are waiting for us, somewhere
this side of the Rainbow Bridge.
