Hi, my name is Carley. I am a 6 pound, 2-3 year old female Yorkie mix. When I first came into SBRET my hair was matted and I couldn’t see where I was going. After a haircut, the beautiful dog underneath was revealed. I am so glad to be rescued as I was living a pretty neglected life. Those days are behind me now!
In the beginning I followed my foster parents everywhere and ignored the other dogs. I still prefer being with humans, but I have started to try to interact with other dogs a little bit. I love snuggling on the couch watching TV with my foster mom and dad. I sleep quietly in my crate at night and am doing fantastic on my house training!
I would prefer a home where someone is home most of the day. One or two calm dogs would also be fine. Since I am small and a bit shy I would not do well with young children. I am spayed, microchipped and up to date on my shots and on my heartworm and flea preventions. If you are looking for a little buddy like me, give SBRET a shout. My adoption fee is $175.
