• No apartments because she is not fully vaccinated yet due to her age

Hi there! My name is Gingerbread. I’m a cute 10-week-old (as of 11/27), 5-pound female Terrier/Chi mix with a sleek short coat and the cutest little face!! My foster mom says I am a great little girl – I love to play with toys and run around outside. I am not too happy when I am left alone to entertain myself – for the first few minutes, I can get a bit loud until I figure out I need to entertain myself for a little while. I like to follow my foster mom around the house and yard – I like to keep an eye on her – I will be brave and wander off to play with my siblings but I am the first one to come running to find our foster mom if I can’t see her. When I get tired I look for my bed to curl up in for a nap.

I am not a shy girl at all and I am super cuddly – I will let you pick me up and love on me for as long as you want to do it! When you put me down I will look at you with my big brown eyes and you can see how sad I am because I was very happy wrapped up in your arms. I am working on my potty training – my foster mom says I am a good girl and am learning quickly. I do need to go out every couple hours so I don’t have an accident inside. I eat dry food 2x a day and sleep in an indoor exercise pen at night with a pee pad in case I need to go to the bathroom. My foster mom is starting to introduce me to a crate at night but I am not too keen on being in it yet. My foster family has other dogs and a cat – I play well with everyone! I am not overly interested in the cat and don’t bother him.

I’ve been spayed, microchipped and I’m current on vaccines as well as up-to-date on heartworm and flea prevention.
