Adoption Area: East Tennessee
Jack needs:
- Adult home or one with children over 12
- Sure-footed adult since I am vision impaired
- No long flights of steps
- A calm dog buddy
Jack checking in here! I am an adorable white male Poodle mix that found myself with SBRET when my person went to a care facility. I am a happy, lively 11½-pound, 10-years-young guy. I do love my naps, I am happy with the couch or foster mom’s fluffy doogie comfort bed. As long as I get to go out fairly regularly, I don’t have accidents. I do use a pee pad when foster mom is gone for a longer time. I am not a barky pup. I love everyone I meet.
What you need to know is I am blind in one eye and have a cataract in the other. I can definitely see some things. One week at foster mom’s and I am finding my way around pretty easily. I should not have access to steps at all! A fur buddy would be great! They can show me the way around. At first, my foster brothers were too much in my face and I did not like that but they have mellowed and I like them now. I do sleep nicely all night in my fluffy bed and I am a great car rider.
I am up to date on shots, microchipped, groomed, neutered and have had a dental. I walk fine with a leash but love the fenced back yard. I do my business and foster mom calls Jack Jack and I will run to her voice.
Who needs a sweet little buddy???
My adoption fee is $100.
