Hey everyone, this gorgeous, fluffy little guy is Jett. Jett is a 10-week-old, 5.2-pound male Chihuahua mix puppy. I know, you are looking at him wondering what he is mixed with, because he doesn’t look much like a Chihuahua. The answer is…no idea. Didn’t see the dad, so all we know for sure is that he’s mixed with sweetness and a little bit of goofiness!
He loves running around in my fenced backyard, or playing on the deck. He plays well with the other dogs, and will settle down with a chew toy or a nylabone when playtime is over. He also loves people and is happy to meet new friends. And that soft, fluffy coat of his is just made for cuddling. He is a world class snuggler! It’s like having a lap full of the cutest blanket you’ve ever seen 😁
He sleeps quietly at night in his indoor expen, and has a good appetite for his dry kibble. He will potty outside when you take him, and at night uses the blue potty pads. But, he is a puppy and still has plenty of accidents, so you will need to be patient and consistent with his potty training. And of course, puppies don’t come pre-trained, so you should be willing to to take him to at least one puppy obedience class to learn the basics to keep him safe. Learning the commands stop, sit, or stay could keep him from running into danger. It’s so important!
