Ladybug

Hi, my name is Lady Bug and I am a female Chihuahua about 10 years old and 5-1/2 pounds. I am ready for
my forever family and I’m so excited! My foster mom has been telling me that there is surely someone out there who will
give me a loving, permanent home! If you will, I promise to be good.

I will potty outside or on a pee pad whichever you prefer. I will sleep quietly in a doggie bed beside your bed, or I
will sleep with you if you will let me do that. I won’t make a lot of noise. I am a pretty quiet little girl and not
very yappy at all! My foster mom says that if someone couldn’t take care of me, then they very likely would not be
able to take care of any dog. I am just that perfect!

I am homeless through no fault of my own. My previous owner passed away and left me all alone in the world. The
folks at SBRET have taken good care of me; but I want a permanent home with someone who will take care of me and love
me for the rest of my life. (Even though I am 10 years old since I am a Chihuahua I could live another 5-8 years.)
If you will adopt me, I promise to love you and be your best friend for the rest of my life.

Please help me. Go to SBRET’s web site to read more about me or to fill out an adoption application. I am spayed,
microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, vet checked, and on heartworm preventative. I also had knee surgery on
both of my legs so that I can go for walks with you! I am sure I can pack my bags really fast if I have a chance
to go to a home of my very own. I’ll be waiting to hear from you. Please don’t let me down. My adoption fee is $100.

Hi! My name is LadyBug and I am beautiful female Chihuahua approximately 9 years old. I weigh only 5 lbs and am as sweet as could be!
My owner died and her family brought me to the shelter with “2 broken legs that never healed right”. When SBRET came
to my rescue, they knew right away that I had been suffering for years with severe luxating patellas and my knees
were “frozen”. After a proper diagnosis from the orthopedic surgeon I was scheduled for double knee surgery so that
I could regain use of all 4 legs! Six weeks later I have recovered from my double knee surgery and I am walking SO
much better now. It feels so good that I dance and spin when I see my foster parents!!

I am a very good little girl. I go potty outside, love to go for walks on the leash and travel well in a car. All I want in life is to be with my family. I don’t care if it’s mom or dadÂ….I love laps! I even get along with the other Chihuahuas in the home. I like everybody:)

I stay in an expen in the kitchen when my mom runs errands. I cry for a bit because I miss her but settle down and take a nap. At night, I will sleep in a crate for you but would much prefer to sleep with you. I’d make a great sleeping partner as I rarely move and I don’t snore! I’ve lost most of my teeth during my dental because of the poor care I received earlier in life. SBRET promises me that I’ll always be cared for from now on. I have no problem eating dry kibble though! Because of my tiny size and fragile little legs, I can’t be in a home with small children or large dogs. If you think I could be the companion you’ve been looking for, please contact SBRET and ask for LadyBug! My adoption fee is $100.
