Meet Panda, an 8-year-old female Pekingese weighing around 12 pounds. Panda is a sweet little girl who loves to give and receive affection. She would love to take a lap nap but is just as content curled up on her bed. Don’t let her age fool you, she still gets burst of energy and runs around the yard and gets very excited when her person comes home. New people can make her a little timid but she doesn’t take long too warm up with a little affection. She gets along well with other dogs but can get a little grumpy if they get too close to her food. She has not been cat-tested.
She does well on a leash, rides well in a car and is a good girl for being groomed. She will need frequent grooming and daily face cleanings due to her tear staining. She will tolerate a crate for short periods of time but it likely won’t be needed because she is a star when it comes to pottying outside. She will need an adult home as children make her nervous.
