Hey, I’m Rip! I’m a Beagle mix male weighing in at 17 pounds and about 6½ months old. I ended up with my foster because my previous owner said they could not take care of me anymore but that is not a reflection on me. If you give me a chance, I will show you how amazing I am!

My foster family says I am sweet and loveable. When my loved ones get home, I want to be with them and get a belly rub. I like being in the same room with my loved ones when they are home. I am friendly and get along with everyone, even other dogs. They also say I can be a little lazy. I am fine with finding a comfortable spot to lie down and sleep during the day. One of my favorite things to do is lie in my bed in my foster dad’s office while he works.

I am doing well with my potty training, but I have had accidents if I am not let out regularly. My foster dad has loved that I have not marked on any of his furniture, and I have not had any accidents in my crate. I do need a fenced yard as I don’t like to potty on leash.

I believe I will be a great walker one day, if someone will be patient and take me on walks. My previous owner didn’t walk me.

I am not a huge barker, unless I am wanting to get another dog’s attention. I can be shy around new people, but that doesn’t last but for a few seconds. I will want to greet new people in hopes they will pet me. I tend to get carsick so I may not make the best traveller.

I am neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and on my preventions. I promise I’ll be the best little boy and will love you forever if you adopt me. Could you be my new family? My adoption fee is $175.
