Ty

Ty needs:

– Adult home or one with children over 12
– Someone with some daytime flexibility
– Fenced yard

Hi, my name is Ty. I am a 1-year-old handsome male black Chihuahua mix weighing in at 8 pounds. I’m a very sweet and loving boy who loves attention, cuddles, and playing with my dog friends. When I first meet someone new I am a bit nervous so please give me time to adjust to my new home. I am potty-trained as long as I am taken out in a reasonable time frame so someone with some daytime flexibility will help me get this down just right. I love having a fenced yard and I am currently working on walking with a leash – I am not a big fan just yet so a fenced yard will be required.

I was very nervous when I got to my foster home. It takes me a few days to warm up to everyone but once I do, I’m great. Since I am a bit nervous when first meeting new people, children over 12 will be best. I am really scared when I get into the car but once we start driving, I get better.

If my foster mom has to run errands I do stay out in a gated area with my foster fur friends and do just fine and I sleep in a big bed at night cuddled up right next to you without making a peep.

I am looking for a family who will give me the love and affection that I deserve. I am neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on all my vaccines, and on flea and heartworm prevention. My adoption fee is $175. Please contact SBRET if you are interested in me.
