My name is Wicket!! I am about 1-2 years old, a bit over 5 pounds, and am a Yorkie maybe mixed with Chinese Crested,
and oh yeah I’m a little boy. I was living a very neglected life shut in a bedroom, covered in fleas, and pretty
malnourished. But you know what? I am not holding any grudges and am ready to move on to my forever family that
will cherish me. I am a very loving dog who craves attention from my humans. I am the best couch snuggler, movie
watcher you could want!
I get along with other small dogs but will do best with one that does not dominate me as I
am pretty timid and am easily frightened. I am working on my confidence and am getting better all the time but an
adult home or children over 12 will be best. I will walk on a leash just fine so a fenced yard is not a requirement
although I do enjoy wandering around the fenced yard as long as you are outside with me. I sleep quietly in my
crate at night right by my foster mom’s bed but boy oh boy I would really love to sleep under the covers with you.
Now for the biggest surprise I am doing great on my housetraining–given my background that is pretty awesome.
I have not had an accident in a couple weeks but may need you to be patient with me as you transition me over to
a new home and schedule. My coat is improving each week now that I am being fed regularly and am parasite free.
I may always be a bit naked on my legs but my foster mom thinks I am unique and beautiful!
